Our History
Dynamic Development, Inc. (DDI) is a commercial development and property management company wholly owned by the Fleeman family.
1998
Facing Bill’s battle with cancer, the Fleemans sold Car-Mart to a publicly traded company, culminating their leadership of a $65 million sales operation.
1999
Bill sadly passed away from Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, leaving behind a lasting legacy in both the business and the community.
2001
Unveiled the award-winning 52,000 square-foot Park Place Plaza on a 5-acre site along Southwest Walton Blvd, offering premier retail and office space.
2003
Motivated by her husband’s passing, Jeannie collaborated with Circle of Life Hospice and HOPE Cancer Resources, initiating the Bill Fleeman Gentlemen of Distinction Gala to honor his legacy and support cancer care.
2003
Jeannie and her sons embarked on their most ambitious project, developing the 50 acres Bill acquired in the late 1970s. Named Fountain Plaza, this development features a modern mix of office, retail, and medical spaces across 25 buildings, totaling nearly 500,000 square feet.
2004
The land where Bill and Jeannie resided with their family since 1977 was developed into a housing project named Countryside Estates.
2018
Jeannie appointed her son, Todd Fleeman, as CEO, entrusting him with the leadership of the business.
2018
Acquired an 18-acre property, now developed into Venture Park.
2020
Todd and Jeannie decided to sell their Car-Mart property assets, aiming to diversify their portfolio.
2021-Present
Dynamic Development partnered with Olive Co. (formerly Radix Equity), embarked on investing in industrial real estate throughout the United States, currently encompassing nearly 6 million square feet and continuing to grow.
1971
Bill and Jeannie Fleeman founded Dynamic Enterprises Inc., launching their venture into home construction with a simple house plan and a loan. Over the years, this company evolved into Dynamic Development, Inc., a name that continues to stand strong in the industry today.
1972
Within a year of inception, they launched subdivisions and constructed hundreds of homes in Northwest Arkansas, rapidly growing to become the largest home builder in the tri-state area.
1981
The Fleemans founded Car-Mart in Rogers, revolutionizing auto sales with in-house financing for customers with limited or poor credit.
Mid-1990s
Car-Mart expanded to become America’s largest used car dealer with over 31 locations, averaging nearly two new dealerships annually from its Rogers base.
