We are looking for an organized, flexible, and reliable Housekeeper in Rogers, AR. This is a permanent, full-time, live-out, or live-in role.
Must be able to pass a detailed background check.
Living quarters provided to the right candidate.

9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary
70k – 85k
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of housekeeping of a 12,000 sqft. estate.
Liaise and provide appropriate service levels to principal and guests.
Ensure the residence is as pristine and welcoming as possible.
Occasional basic meal preparation or reheating of meals.
Ensure appropriate care of fine items such as wardrobe, artwork, fine fabrics, and other valuables.
Managing household product inventory and shopping.
Schedule and execute larger cleaning projects on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.
Provide appropriate care of Madame’s dog, including taking it to the vet, and bathroom breaks. Including cleaning up after the dog.
Ensure all daily housekeeping duties are executed to the highest standard while respecting the principals’ expectations and being mindful and cognizant of principal and guest preferences.
Be open to, suggest, and manage evolving duties and responsibilities.
Purchasing groceries, and running all required errands, including driving Madame to her appointments.
Work respectfully with contractors, vendors, and others to ensure the successful operation of the estate.
Full Laundry cycle, including ironing, bed preparation, and dry cleaning.
Special projects include, but are not limited to, quarterly deep cleans, household cupboard, and closet cleaning, and reorganization.
Job Requirements
Certificates/Licenses
Full driving license and a reliable vehicle required and/or experience driving ultrahigh-end vehicles.
Previous experience working in an ultra-high-net-worth residence is a plus.
Excellent housekeeping and laundry skills and knowledge of cleaning and maintaining luxury surfaces and care of fine items.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.
