Acquiring over 17 acres for future commercial development, this venture underlines our commitment to innovation and strategic expansion, with Todd Fleeman leading the charge on project and lease proposals.

In our strategic pivot of 2020, divesting from Car-Mart properties, we teamed up with the expertise of Olive Co. (formerly Radix Equity), channeling our efforts into reinvesting in industrial real estate. This collaboration has exponentially fortified our industrial space portfolio with 19 significant properties totaling more than 5 million square feet. This move not only showcases our agility and foresight in navigating market dynamics but also cements our solidified stance within the commercial real estate sector, highlighting the power of strategic partnerships in achieving monumental success.
