Jeannie and Bill took several months to travel abroad and plan for an early retirement, but they knew they wouldn’t be able to sustain a life of travel forever.

In one short year after opening their business, they built hundreds of homes in Benton County while developing subdivisions.

Bill stopped working for his family at Foodtown stores, and he and Jeannie decided to start building houses. They took out a loan, drew a house plan on a brown paper sack, and named their construction company Dynamic Enterprises, Inc. The company is still in business...

Bill and Jeannie both graduated from Rogers High School and were high school sweethearts. The couple got married after Jeannie’s freshman year of college and a short career in the army for Bill.
